Halloween has always been a favorite night of mine going back to age four for no other reason except the parties. Everyone young and old brings their partying level up another notch. Somewhere around high school the transition from physical candy to eye candy became seamless. Sure, the girls are nice but what I’m really referring to is the creativity of costumes that never ceases to amaze me. Kids, families, celebrities…it’s just 48 hours of non-stop fun (minus my Facebook timeline being littered with terrible pics).
As my age creeps up each year and the number of house party options go down, I find myself spending my Halloweens at live shows. This year I attended the Revivalists’ show at the Music Farm, in South Carolina. This incredible New Orleans band mixed in three Nine Inch Nail covers along with their string of hits and I could not imagine a better night spent. Here’s a look at some videos and pictures from other shows around the country:

For Phish’s Halloween Musical Costume 2016 , they performed David Bowie’s, “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars” album in full in Las Vegas.
Adele as Jim Carrey’s The Mask for her show in Dallas:
G-Eazy as the Joker
Moon Taxi went with a Game of Thrones theme
And now the best of some musicians’ costumes:
Beyonce nailing Salt N Peppa
Lil Bow Wow, Snoop and Nas.
Beyonce and JIGGA
Last and certainly least…Tyga and Kylie Jenner nailing the Juelz Santana and Christina Aguilera look.
